A Homily - My LA Experience
I was staying in the guest house belonging to a Facebook friend who lives in Bel Air. She congratulated me on my weight loss and stated that 'I don't do anything and yet I keep the shape I'm in.' The next night her personal trainer came over. I prefer the charitable approach - maybe she doesn't know she has a personal trainer who works out with her three times a week.
